Review operations and safety culture for policyholders.
Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver loss control strategies.
Provide ongoing loss control consulting to policyholders.
Use analytical tools to identify trends and shape service strategy.
Travel within territory for on-site field visits; remote visits when appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in field loss control consulting in insurance preferred.
Proven track record of effective performance for clients.
Adaptable, collaborative partner with problem-solving skills.
Designations such as WCP, ASP, CSP, ARM, or advanced degree encouraged.
