Manage workers' compensation and general liability processes.
Identify health & safety risks; develop remediation plans; monitor mitigation.
Develop and monitor metrics, practices, and regulatory issues to reduce incidents.
Develop and implement safety programs for cafe, production, and support (OSHA/EPA).
Advise key stakeholders on safety protocols and procedures.
Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and related agencies.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in employee safety, health, and environmental roles.
Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations.
Deep knowledge of workers’ compensation.
Experience with multi-state programs.
Travel up to 15%.
