Safety Coordinator / Lab Lead

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end safety audits across testing environments.
• Own incident management: documentation, archiving, analysis.
• Lead RCA investigations and implement CAPA actions.
• Track safety metrics to surface hazards and mitigate risks.
• Standardize safe practices across multiple robotics facilities.
• Oversee daily lab operations, layout, and asset management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in lab management, safety coordination, or tech ops in robotics/R&D.
• Experience building audit workflows; familiarity with OSHA/ISO robotics safety standards valued.
• Technical comfort with complex hardware, multi-modal sensors, and compute rigs.
• Excellent written communication to document and enforce safety protocols.
