Safety and Security Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead and improve Safety & Security programs across Fever’s U.S. business, ensuring compliance.
• Oversee national safety and security strategy; provide on-site support to major productions.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and training to protect staff and patrons.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records for audits.
• Provide emergency response coordination for incidents at Fever spaces and events.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders per incident and crisis protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–6 years’ experience in health & safety, security, or crisis management.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations, risk assessment, and crisis methods.
• Able to work independently with strong organization, proactivity, and initiative.
• Experience coordinating across functions with multiple stakeholders.
• On-site availability for irregular hours and regional travel.
• Certifications in Health & Safety (OSHA, IOSH) and/or Security (CPP, PSP) preferred.
