Safety and Security Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead and improve Fever's Safety & Security programs in the U.S., aligning with global standards.
• Oversee national safety & security for BAU ops; support major local productions.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and training to foster safety culture.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records for audits.
• Provide emergency response coordination for incidents at Fever workplaces.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders per incident/crisis plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in health & safety, security, or crisis management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and local safety regulations.
• Able to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
• On-site presence and travel for events in the region.
• Certifications in OSHA, IOSH or CPP/PSP are a plus.
