Safety and Security Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead and improve Safety & Security programs across Fever’s US business.
• Oversee national safety approach with on-site support to major productions.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and training to foster safety culture.
• Maintain documentation and compliance records for audits.
• Provide emergency response coordination for incidents at Fever spaces.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders per incident protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years in health & safety, security, or crisis mgmt.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk frameworks.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and initiative.
• Ability to coordinate across functions with multiple stakeholders.
• Certifications in OSHA/IOSH and/or CPP/PSP are a plus.
