📋 Description

• Champion safeguarding to create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Support tracking systems to log safeguarding actions consistently.
• Create regular trend analyses to inform process refinements and CPD.
• Lead day-to-day triage and management of safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain meticulous case notes and robust audit trails for compliance.
• Manage escalation and referrals with external agencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Safeguarding, Prevent, Sexual Harassment/Violence, Suicide Prevention, or Workplace Investigation knowledge.
• Willingness to complete Designated Safeguarding Lead Training Level 3 or above.
• Emotional resilience to manage challenging, high-risk cases professionally.
• Strong communication skills with empathy in high-stakes situations.
• Case management capability with meticulous documentation.
• Regulatory knowledge (DfE Rules, KCSIE, Ofsted EIF) and applying to daily tasks.
