- Safeguarding, Prevent, Sexual Harassment/Violence, Suicide Prevention, or Workplace Investigation knowledge.
- Willingness to complete Designated Safeguarding Lead Training Level 3 or above.
- Emotional resilience to manage challenging, high-risk cases professionally.
- Strong communication skills with empathy in high-stakes situations.
- Case management capability with meticulous documentation.
- Regulatory knowledge (DfE Rules, KCSIE, Ofsted EIF) and applying to daily tasks.
