  • Lead safeguarding design and implementation for EC activations from prep to closure.
  • Conduct rapid safeguarding risk assessments and embed mitigation in plans.
  • Deliver safeguarding induction and regular training for EC teams, surge staff, and partners.
  • Advise response leads on safeguarding risks and ensure survivor-centered incident management.
  • Lead or support safeguarding concerns during deployments with Internal Audit and People.
  • Develop and adapt safeguarding systems, tools, and protocols for high-risk environments.

  • Adaptable, flexible, can-do attitude for changing needs.
