SaaS Senior Security and Privacy Analyst, Bilingual Japanese and English

📋 Description

• Lead APAC PSR program for AvePoint in security, privacy, and risk.
• Drive APAC initiatives to mature security program.
• Collaborate with global PSR team, CISO, and CPO.
• Oversee APAC ISMAP (Japan) and IRAP (AU/regional) compliance.
• Ensure APAC privacy law compliance (APPI, PDPA, etc).
• Translate security concepts between Japanese and English.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Information Security, CS, Engineering, Law, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–8 years in security/privacy/compliance/risk; 2+ years APAC exposure.
• Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong English/Japanese writing and editing skills.
• Knowledge of networking, cloud, ISO27001, SOC2, NIST SP 800-53.
• APAC privacy regs knowledge (APPI, Privacy Act, PDPA).
