🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years healthcare transactional experience in a law firm or in-house.
- In-house healthcare tech experience preferred.
- OIG compliance experience ideal.
- Knowledge of Anti-Kickback, Stark, HIPAA/HITECH privacy.
- Strong drafting, review, and negotiation of BAAs, SaaS, and data licensing.
- JD degree and U.S. Bar licensure; in good standing.
