• Strategy optimization using data trends and regulatory changes.
• Vendor performance management and KPI reviews.
• Collaboration with product, technology, risk, and operations.
• Compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Documentation of collection strategies and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 yrs in strategy, analytics or program mgmt (fintech/banking).
• Data-driven with strong problem-solving and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of risk, portfolio metrics; preferred.
• Exposure to collections/recovery across channels is a plus.
• Merchant or consumer lending experience is a plus.
