Onsite in Durham, NC for 6-8 weeks; then hybrid 2-3 days onsite.
Route prescriptions and referrals to HOPD, AIC, HI, or external pharmacies.
Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, revenue cycle, and clinical partners.
Support a centralized intake team serving multiple clinics.
First decision point in the referral workflow.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
NC Pharmacy Technician license required; obtain if needed.
PTCB or NHA certification preferred; commit to obtaining within 9 months.
5+ years healthcare experience; 3+ years as a pharmacy technician.
3+ years infusion or home infusion experience; pre-certification knowledge.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office proficiency; Excel/Word; EMR familiarity (Epic/Cerner).
