- Drive hands-on deal support, esp. in new verticals, fostering autonomy and results.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; drive action plans.

๐ฏ Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading high-performance SMB B2B SaaS sales teams.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership, with budgets and lean motions.
- Based in London; comfortable with hybrid, in-office 3 days/week.
- Scaled SMB orgs to ARR milestones (e.g., 20Mโ100M+).
- Deep understanding of SMB buying behavior and value-led selling.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, GSuite and other sales tools.
