  • Own and evolve GTM for Emerging SMB to hit new customer acquisition and ACV growth.
  • Lead and coach SMB Account Executives to exceed targets in fast-paced cycles.
  • Develop scalable inbound playbooks for Emerging, aligned with SDR/Marketing.
  • Drive hands-on deal support, esp. in new verticals, fostering autonomy and results.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; drive action plans.
  • Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn and smooth handoffs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven experience building and leading high-performance SMB B2B SaaS sales teams.
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales leadership, with budgets and lean motions.
  • Based in London; comfortable with hybrid, in-office 3 days/week.
  • Scaled SMB orgs to ARR milestones (e.g., 20Mโ€“100M+).
  • Deep understanding of SMB buying behavior and value-led selling.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, GSuite and other sales tools.
