  • 10+ years in software sales with retail media experience
  • 3+ years leading a sales team of 10+ people
  • Proven SaaS growth via new clients and upsell/cross-sell
  • Experience with VP/EVP/C-suite executives
  • Sales leadership and team development
  • Go-to-market strategy and strategic thinking
