🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership; budget control and scalable processes.
  • Deep expertise building B2B SaaS sales strategies; cross-functional collaboration.
  • Based in Austin, TX; hybrid (3 days in office).
  • Scaled org from $20M to $100M+ revenue; built effective sales teams.
  • Proven ability to influence decisions across levels without authority.
  • Excellent communication; build stakeholder relationships; CRM tools.
