🎯 Requirements

5+ years engineering with backend focus (Go, Rust, Java, Erlang)
Hands-on crypto primitives and Java/BouncyCastle experience
Distributed systems knowledge and consensus (Raft or PBFT)
Self-starter who defines and executes tasks with minimal guidance
Collaborative, eager to learn, and open to feedback
Interested in solving real-world blockchain problems
