🎯 Requirements

5+ years engineering; backend exp with Go, Rust, Java, or Erlang
Fast learner with a 'get things done' mentality
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; able to juggle stakeholder needs
Self-starter who can define and execute tasks with minimal guidance
Hands-on cryptography: signatures, key exchange, encryption basics
Knowledge of distributed systems and consensus algorithms like Raft or PBFT
