- Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
- Prior maintenance or housekeeping experience a bonus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using digital systems, mobile apps, and software platforms.
- Frequent travel between worksites; reliable personal transportation is essential.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Comfortable communicating with guests and teammates; representing the company positively.
