Digital Catalog Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle in the digital catalog across channels.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets for bulk upload and validation into Shopify.
• Maintain taxonomy and product attribution for navigation and discovery.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Ops, and Tech teams.
• Gatekeeper for all product data inputs; ensure required fields before publish.
• Support data governance and future PIM implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in eCommerce Data Management or Catalog Management in a D2C environment.
• Proficient with Shopify back-end operations: product management, inventory, bulk import/export.
• Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets for large datasets (VLOOKUPs, pivots, macros).
• Self-starter with ownership and accountability for data accuracy.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
