📋 Description

  • Provide technical leadership to the regional sales team.
  • Drive technical programs, pipeline with AEs, demos, POCs, and account activities.
  • Evangelize, position, and architect Rubrik products for North Central accounts.
  • Demonstrate leadership on Rubrik's products, distributed architectures and storage.
  • Serve as technical expert to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Lead technical sales calls and qualify opportunities; build key relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales engineering experience in software or data center.
  • Energetic, results-driven with hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Breadth of knowledge in cloud data management, backup/DR, and data analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience with CxO-level stakeholders; strong business acumen.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple demos and quick follow-up.
