📋 Description

  • Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers via phone, web, email, chat.
  • Deliver solutions to technical and non-technical users across cloud deployments.
  • Manage technical support cases from basic questions to advanced issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams per standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Contribute to Deployment Guides and Knowledge Base.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in enterprise technical support/DevOps and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware, Linux, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure.
  • Office 365 API; database knowledge (Microsoft SQL); scripting (Python, Perl).
  • Automation, microservices, SaaS, and cloud app management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; willingness to learn.
