📋 Description

  • Provide enterprise-level technical support to customers via phone, web, email, chat and other channels.
  • Handle issues from basic questions to in-depth technical problems across cloud deployments.
  • Diagnose root causes, troubleshoot, and implement solutions; escalate as needed.
  • Contribute to knowledge base, deployment guides, and documentation; create designs for cloud deployments.
  • Manage cases to ensure high customer satisfaction; coordinate with escalations and engineering to reproduce issues.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain attention to detail and courtesy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in enterprise technical support/DevOps with troubleshooting including snapshots, replication, data recovery, cloud deployments, networking, and VMware administration.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware, Linux, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Azure; Office 365 API; MSSQL; scripting (Python, Perl); automation; SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployments.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt across the technology stack.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
