We're seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to drive performance excellence and strategic initiatives for our SDR organization. As the analytical and strategic powerhouse behind our SDR team's success, you'll focus on performance optimization, forecasting, and data-driven insights while partnering with SDR Operations and leadership to transform how we operate.

The SDR team is the engine of our pipeline generation, and this role directly impacts our ability to scale efficiently and hit revenue targets. You'll have significant visibility and influence, working closely with leadership to shape the future of our go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Performance Analytics and Reporting:

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking SDR productivity, efficiency, attainment, and pipeline generation
  • Conduct analysis to identify performance trends and support SDR leadership with data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare reports and insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews

Planning & Forecasting Support:

  • Support SDR capacity models and headcount planning initiatives
  • Assist in developing pipeline forecasts based on SDR activity and conversion metrics
  • Build and maintain compensation plans and quota models
  • Contribute to annual planning with data analysis and scenario modeling

Process Improvement & Execution:

  • Support process improvement initiatives across SDR workflows, from discovery through implementation
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving productivity
  • Track and report on effectiveness of initiatives and programs

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with SDR leadership to provide analytical insights that support strategic decisions
  • Communicate data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment on goals

Who You Are:

  • A data-driven problem solver who enjoys finding insights in numbers and turning them into action
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with guidance
  • Detail-oriented thinker who can balance tactical work with strategic perspective
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams
  • Excited about making teams more efficient and productive
  • Eager to learn and grow your strategic thinking skills

What You Need:

  • 2-4 years in SDR Operations, Sales/Revenue Operations, or Analytics
  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and contributing to measurable results
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Exposure to KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Salesforce experience and familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach/Salesloft)
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and funnel metrics
  • Good presentation skills with ability to communicate data clearly
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SQL skills or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of SDR tools (Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense)
  • Experience with capacity planning or territory planning
  • Familiarity with compensation design concepts
