📋 Description

  • Diagnose and resolve Rubrik product and customer env issues (Linux/Windows, VMware).
  • Troubleshoot networking and cloud connectivity (AWS/Azure) using Wireshark.
  • Author knowledge-base articles detailing symptoms, causes, and workarounds.
  • Participate in weekend/holiday on-call rotations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering/QA to reproduce issues and review releases.
  • Develop tools to analyze logs, stats, and performance data.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years enterprise tech support in storage/backup.
  • Linux/Unix CLI experience.
  • VMware, backup tech, and networking experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with Microsoft Apps, Databases, Cloud tech, Storage NAS/SAN.
  • Scripting: Bash, Python, Perl, PowerShell (highly desirable).
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary range: $86,800–$130,200 USD (US2).
  • 2nd shift base pay differential of 10%.
  • Hybrid in Morrisville, Tue-Thu in office.
