  • Grow channel business via strategic partner planning, enablement, and pipeline generation.
  • Drive partnerships with distribution and regional channel partners for broader market coverage.
  • Arrange account mappings and meetings with partners to qualify targets and opportunities.
  • Deliver enablement sessions to train partners' field sales and SE staff.
  • Build relationships with key partners to secure strategic collaboration.

  • Strong knowledge of data management and data protection markets.
  • Excellent relationships with key partners in the assigned region.
  • Ability to present to large audiences and host events with partners.
  • Experience identifying, developing and closing partner deals with Rubrik Account Teams.
  • Experience planning quarterly and annual sales activities.

🎁 Benefits

  • US Pay Range: $129,360 – $206,640 USD.
  • Eligible for commissions, equity and benefits.
