- Drive partnerships with distribution and regional channel partners for broader market coverage.
- Arrange account mappings and meetings with partners to qualify targets and opportunities.
- Deliver enablement sessions to train partners' field sales and SE staff.
- Build relationships with key partners to secure strategic collaboration.

- Strong knowledge of data management and data protection markets.
- Excellent relationships with key partners in the assigned region.
- Ability to present to large audiences and host events with partners.
- Experience identifying, developing and closing partner deals with Rubrik Account Teams.
- Experience planning quarterly and annual sales activities.

- US Pay Range: $129,360 β $206,640 USD.
- Eligible for commissions, equity and benefits.
