📋 Description

  • Define and execute sales plans to meet quota via prospecting and closing.
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline for many strategic opportunities.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities with mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions within cloud / multi-cloud environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with field teams, partners, distributors and VARs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years tech sales, with 2+ years in AI, customer-facing.
  • Consistent track record of success and overachievement.
  • Strong business acumen; financial selling experience and deal sense.
  • Proven ability to build champions and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience selling solutions in public cloud; understanding hyperscaler architectures.
  • Bias for action, self-starter.
