  • Serve as subject matter expert across Avetta platforms (Connect, Salesforce).
  • Handle advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audit, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and compliance requirements.
  • Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring.
  • Participate in special projects, including process improvements and pilots.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance (SaaS/risk).
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
  • Skill-based routing certs and microlearning modules (Case Mgmt, Country Audits, Supplier Engmt).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Reliable and predictive attendance.
