📋 Description

  • Serve as SME across Avetta platforms including Connect and Salesforce.
  • Handle advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audit, onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes, audits, and compliance.
  • Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring.
  • Track performance metrics (CSAT, service levels, KPIs) and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance ops (SaaS/risk mgmt).
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
  • Certification in skill-based routing and microlearning modules (e.g., Case Management, Country Specific Audits, Supplier Engagement).
  • Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus.
