- Serve as SME across Avetta platforms including Connect and Salesforce.
- Handle advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audit, onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes, audits, and compliance.
- Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring.
- Track performance metrics (CSAT, service levels, KPIs) and drive improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
- 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance ops (SaaS/risk mgmt).
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
- Certification in skill-based routing and microlearning modules (e.g., Case Management, Country Specific Audits, Supplier Engagement).
- Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus.
