π― Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
- 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance ops (SaaS/risk).
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
- Routing certifications and microlearning modules (Case Mgmt, Country Audits).
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Reliable and predictive attendance.
