- Serve as SME across Avetta platforms including Connect and Salesforce.
- Resolve advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audits, onboarding.
- Collaborate with Supplier Services, Risk, Billing, QHSE to streamline processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and compliance requirements.
- Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring.
- Participate in special projects, including process improvements and pilots.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance (SaaS/risk a plus).
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
- Skill-based routing certs and microlearning modules (Case Mgmt, Audits, Eng.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus.
