๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Serve as SME across Avetta platforms including Connect and Salesforce.
  • Resolve advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audits, onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Supplier Services, Risk, Billing, QHSE to streamline processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and compliance requirements.
  • Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring.
  • Participate in special projects, including process improvements and pilots.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance (SaaS/risk a plus).
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
  • Skill-based routing certs and microlearning modules (Case Mgmt, Audits, Eng.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus.
