  • Provide Tier 3-level product support for the RTSM product group.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and data-layer issues with debugging skills.
  • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and engineers to resolve software issues and releases.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive solutions.
  • Write and analyze SQL queries to investigate data issues.
  • Review, debug, and diagnose production issues in code and data flows.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 4+ years in technical product support, product engineering, or software engineering.
  • Strong programming fundamentals; debugging experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages: PowerShell, Python, T-SQL.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
