RTR Manager

📋 Description

• RTR: end-to-end bookkeeping for Contentsquare Poland.
• Lead central RTR team (up to 5) delivering GA and tax work.
• Drive monthly and quarterly closings with cross-department input.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliation, invoicing, cash management.
• Provide timely reporting in the Group’s consolidation tool.
• Center management: relationships with third parties; workplace lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Accounting.
• 10–15 years in General Accounting; IFRS required; US GAAP a plus.
• 2–5 years Payroll or People Operations; 2–5 years people management.
• Fluency in Polish and English; another European language is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and solid technical accounting expertise.
• Nice to have: Workday experience; Excel with VBA; Tech/SaaS experience.
