• Comfortable in enterprise data science/IT; know R, Python, and Linux.
• Customer-first mindset; prioritize exceptional experiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, Product, Eng.
• Continuous improvement; use insights to guide programs.
