  • Comfortable in an RPO setup; autonomous with stakeholder accountability.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset; enjoy building recruitment practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; build trust with candidates and managers.
  • Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools; highly organized.
