- Comfortable in an RPO setup; autonomous with stakeholder accountability.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset; enjoy building recruitment practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; build trust with candidates and managers.
- Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools; highly organized.
