- Triage, diagnose and resolve incidents; perform root-cause analysis and fixes
- Review run history, logs and error messages to identify exceptions

- Configure and troubleshoot connectors, gateway connections, authentication and service accounts
- Document fixes, runbooks and change history for handover
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate
- Practical experience with Power Apps and Dataverse
- Knowledge of connectors, APIs and authentication (OAuth, client credentials)
- Familiarity with ALM processes, environments and deployment pipelines
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript) for automation tasks
- Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail and communication
