📋 Description

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartments and homes.
  • Complete inspections of buildings, units, and move-ins/make-ready.
  • Ensure HVAC systems are operational; perform tune-ups and part replacements.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and property upkeep.
  • Complete internally managed service requests.
  • Prepare vacant units for new move-ins.
  • QA inspections of work by outside vendors.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Respond to on-call emergencies after hours.
  • Maintain safety; address unsafe conditions.

🎯 Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED; an Associate's preferred.
  • HVAC Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • 2+ years direct building maintenance experience.
  • 2+ years in related contractor/maintenance roles (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • Proficient with hand and power tools; able to learn new systems.
  • Good written and verbal communication; multitask effectively.
  • Tech savvy; able to use tracking and scheduling systems.
  • Experience with smart home tech (locks, thermostats, etc.).
