🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years direct building maintenance experience.
- 2+ years in related contractor/maintenance roles (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Proficient with hand and power tools; able to learn new systems.
- Good written and verbal communication; multitask effectively.
- Tech savvy; able to use tracking and scheduling systems.
- Experience with smart home tech (locks, thermostats, etc.).
