About the Role

The primary duties of the Property Administration Associate include managing incoming mail and overseeing emails in our Owner Support queue. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of property management and the capability to efficiently assign pertinent documents to the appropriate teams. This role is crucial in providing relevant documents and notifications to both operational and corporate teams at Mynd.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Efficiently manage the Owner Support case/email queue within Mynd’s system, ensuring prompt and appropriate actions are taken.
  • Maintain and prioritize the task queue to guarantee actions are completed within the company’s specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Thoroughly review and process incoming mail documents, executing the necessary steps in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage  the HOA and other distribution email accounts, ensuring all emails are actioned out within one business day.
  • Actively contribute suggestions for enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining processes.
  • Unassigned case queue management for the Resident Experience and Owner Support Teams.
  • Contact utility providers and HOA companies to update mailing addresses for offboards and new onboards, when applicable.
  • Provide additional support for other Central Operations teams as needed.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned, adapting to evolving business needs.

Compensation

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour. The compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.

Pay Transparency

Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.  Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.  Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
