🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in growth analytics, product analytics, or data science.
• 2+ years of people management; hands-on in analysis while coaching analysts.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and growth metrics.
• Expert SQL skills; answer complex questions with data.
• Clear framing of business problems with metrics and simple frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
