- Support execution of GTM strategy across segments, regions, and channels.
- Own daily sales forecasting operations, pipeline hygiene, and variance analysis.
- Partner with Finance on revenue planning, budgeting, and forecast alignment.
- Support territory design, coverage analysis, and capacity planning.
- Assist with sales compensation modeling and administration.
- Drive cross-functional GTM initiatives such as outbound scaling and campaigns.
- Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for GTM performance.
- Support Salesforce enhancements and GTM process improvements.
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Sales Operations.
- FP&A or SaaS GTM roles; Strategy Consulting/Investment Banking preferred.
- Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and reporting.
- Experience with territory design, capacity planning, and compensation modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and partner cross-functionally.
