About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-savvy Data Analyst to help us turn data into actionable insights. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success—to deliver analysis, reporting, and dashboards that drive smarter decisions across the company.
You will play a key role in evolving our data culture and self-service analytics ecosystem using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Sigma.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, or Sigma to surface business-critical metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights
Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategy, growth, and optimization efforts across the business
Leverage SQL to extract and transform data from our warehouse (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake)
Validate data accuracy and assist with improving data governance and documentation
Help define and scale self-service reporting processes and tools across departments
Work with data engineers and analytics leads to ensure reliability and freshness of datasets
Contribute to the ongoing standardization of metrics and business definitions
About You
You are a curious and data-driven problem solver who loves uncovering insights that drive real business impact. You have a strong analytical mindset and are skilled at transforming complex data into clear, actionable narratives that inform smarter decisions. You’re fluent in data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Sigma, and confident working with SQL and modern data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake.
You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to design meaningful KPIs and reports. You care deeply about data accuracy, governance, and clarity—ensuring stakeholders can trust the numbers they use every day. Above all, you’re passionate about empowering a self-service data culture and building scalable analytics foundations that help the business grow intelligently.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics
Proficiency with at least one BI tool: Looker, Power BI, or Sigma (Looker preferred)
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in a cloud warehouse
Experience building and optimizing dashboards and visualizations for non-technical users
Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights
Good understanding of data models in Salesforce, NetSuite, Chargebee, HubSpot, and HiBob
Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills
Familiarity with SaaS metrics (e.g., ACV, MRR, churn, CAC, retention) is a plus
Experience with dbt or other data modeling tools
Familiarity with tools like Fivetran, Hevo, or Airbyte for data ingestion
Exposure to experimentation frameworks (e.g., A/B testing)
Python or R skills for deeper statistical analysis (optional)
Understanding of data governance and access control in BI platforms
