📋 Description

  • Own and monitor the campaign measurement support channel; respond to inquiries.
  • Collect and analyze troubleshooting data; identify patterns with Product.
  • Participate in stakeholder discovery meetings to gather requirements.
  • Collect and prioritize enhancement ideas from users and leaders.
  • Represent campaign measurement’s impact on advertiser lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Advertising Account Management, Analytics, or related ops.
  • Strong understanding of digital and CTV advertising.
  • Understanding of ad performance metrics and retention impact.
  • SQL proficiency (moderate/intermediate) with relational databases.
  • Identify upstream/downstream effects of data contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from troubleshooting data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; document processes.
  • Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
