📋 Description

  • Lead executive comms for internal leaders and teams across functions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive comm campaigns that share timely info and drive action
  • Develop and host internal meetings and events, e.g., All Hands, Town Halls
  • Regularly contribute to internal channels (digital signage, newsletter, Slack, emails)
  • Develop communication materials to support engagement, including strategic plans and messages
  • Identify tools and technology to measure communications and report progress

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of internal or executive communications experience at a tech company, agency, or consulting
  • Proven success planning and running hybrid meetings with large virtual and in-person participants
  • Track record ideating, executing, and analyzing internal meetings/events
  • Experience building strategic comm plans for global People programs, incl. change mgmt
  • Trusted advisor to partners at all levels with exec presence and coaching
  • Exemplary writing and editing skills, ability to simplify complex material
