- Experience: 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing or tech ops, with big-team leadership.
- Analytical Expertise: advanced data analysis and BI usage.
- Methodological Rigor: Lean manufacturing and standard problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor's in Industrial/Robotics/Mech/Elec or related field.
- Communication: strong English and Spanish, exec-level reporting.
