🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in high-volume manufacturing, automated logistics, or technical operations.
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing 50+ employees.
- Analytical expertise in operational data analysis and BI tools.
- Lean Manufacturing principles and standardized problem-solving frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Robotics, or related field; or equivalent.
- English and Spanish communication; able to present complex reports to leadership.
