  • Serve as first contact for employee tech issues; in-person and remote support.
  • Troubleshoot enterprise apps; escalate outages to partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Enterprise IT support or help desk experience.

  • Experience supporting macOS; familiarity with iOS/Android/Windows/ChromeOS a plus.
  • Exposure to enterprise MDM solutions.
  • Knowledge of VPNs, password managers, two-factor authentication, SSO, and basic security concepts.
