🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of privacy program or project management experience in tech or FinTech
- Strong grasp of GDPR and CCPA privacy frameworks
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs across legal, compliance, and engineering
- Experience operationalizing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) functions
- Excellent executive communication and business reporting skills
- PMP, CIPP/US, or equivalent certifications preferred
