Work with Testing Manager and local CCOs on the compliance testing program.
Ensure policies and procedures meet Compliance, Risk, and Internal Control needs.
Define, implement, and update the Compliance Testing and Monitoring Plan.
Perform testing assignments to assess regulatory obligations and controls.
Maintain issues and remediation data in a central repository.
Track remediation plan implementation to verify fixes.

🎯 Requirements

Master’s Degree with 3-5 years in financial services compliance or audit.
Interest or experience in crypto industry.
Working knowledge of financial services regulations and risk management.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Analytical, problem-solving skills; interpret data and identify risks.
English communication skills; CAMS certification a plus.
