  • Lead training sessions; drive adoption of Gong and enablement tools.

  • 3+ years in sales enablement or conversation intelligence.
  • Hands-on Gong.io experience: Deal Boards, Scorecards, Initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Zoom.
  • Knowledge of sales processes across Enterprise, Mid-Market, Inside.
  • Experience or interest in sales training and coaching.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative.

  • Pay Rate: $80k annually (Exempt).
  • Annual Bonus: 10%.
  • Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30amโ€“5:30pm EST.
  • Remote: 100% remote.
  • Travel: 5-10%.
