As a Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), you will be responsible for leading, directing, and managing a high-performing pharmacy team. You will develop employees, promote teamwork, and motivate team members by establishing expectations, tracking results, showing enthusiasm, and sharing the company vision.
This is a leadership role where you will be front and center ensuring members get accurate orders on time, while also owning compliance and regulatory accountability for the facility. You will maintain deep knowledge of pharmacy operations, drive operational strategies for continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless pharmacy experience. This posting is for our location in Torrance, CA. This hire is for a Full-Time role.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $160,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
