The Role
As the
Lead Video Editor & Motion Designer on our Brand team, you’ll help shape the future of Ro’s visual storytelling and drive creative excellence across all video and motion design content. You’ll support the conceptualization, design, and execution of visually compelling narratives that bring the Ro brand to life across broadcast, digital, and social channels.You’ll partner closely with the Brand Creative, and Growth teams to deliver innovative video experiences that inspire audiences and drive measurable impact. As a hands-on creative lead, working with a best in class in-house creative team, you will also establish scalable creative systems, and champion visual storytelling that elevates Ro’s brand.

They help us make healthcare feel gutsy, human, uplifting, and knowledgeable, ensuring every piece of creative we make not only performs but also inspires confidence and connection.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $125,800 to $154,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
